Problem Note 41593: Fractional seconds are not written properly to Netezza when you use the BULKLOAD=YES option
When you use the BULKLOAD=YES option to load a SAS data set to Netezza, fractional seconds in a datetime value are not written properly. For example, suppose you have the following DATETIME25.6 value:
2009-01-19 09:55:05.123456
When you use the BULKLOAD=YES option, that date is written such that the last three digits are converted to zeros:
2009-01-19 09:55:05.123000
If you do not specify BULKLOAD=YES, the data is written properly.
